Symptoms
In JVM Diagnostics, when loading heapdump to repository, the EM job fails:

ERROR >>> SQL*Loader-941: Error during describe of table JAM_HEAPSNAP
ERROR >>> ORA-04043: object JAM_HEAPSNAP does not exist
============
The EM repository is a single instance Oracle (non-RAC) 11.2.0.3.0
