BI Publisher Integration: ConfigureBIP Script Fails: "Server with name BIP failed to be started"; "Access to domain GCDomain for user nodemanager denied" (Doc ID 1537639.1)

Symptoms

The script "configureBIP" fails during integration of BI Publisher with EM Cloud Control.

The BIP Managed Server cannot be started. The following errors are registered in gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_ADMINSERVER/logs/EMGC_ADMINSERVER.log

 

 

Trying to start BIP Server from WebLogic Console, the following error occurs

 

Node Manager Status shows "Inactive"

 

Nevertheless Cloud Control can be stopped and started successfully using command "emctl start oms"

Changes

The Node Manager password had been changed according to:
