Symptoms

At the successful end of a Full Host blackout, the following notification is received:

Host=agentmachine.domain
Target type=Agent
Target name=agentmachine.domain:3872
Categories=Availability
Message=The current status of the target is Up
Severity=Clear
Event reported time=14-Nov-2012 15:50:00 GMT
Event Type=Target Availability
Event name=Status
Availability status=Up
Rule Name=ICT Incident Management Rule Sets for All Targets,Incident creation Rule for
target unreachable.
Rule Owner=SYSMAN
Update Details:
The current status of the target is Up

Similar notification is received for the Host target type as well. These notifications are in addition to the successful Blackout End notifications and cause a confusion to the end-user as it implies that there was a problem from which the target has recovered and is currently Up.
