In EM 12.1.0.1 and EM 12.1.0.2, When trying to generate a data masking script, the following error appears:

The Application Data Model (ADM) defined referential relationships have become obsolete. Refresh the ADM and regenerate the script.

Refreshing the ADM doesn't solve the problem.

Running 'discovery job' on sensitive columns of ADM doesn't resolve the error.
