Purpose

This procedure shows you how to use the Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control Target Status Diagnostics Report, to troubleshoot issues with targets showing the incorrect availability status in the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control console.  
Please note that the report is an Information Publisher report (see instructions below to access) NOT a BI Publisher report. 
It is expected that this will be helpful for all target types, and will be helpful for issues such as those listed below:
