Purpose

Multiple connectors available in Enterprise Manager (EM) extensibility self-update uses similar architecture that involves:

1. Enterprise Manager 12c
2. Web service adapter
3. External ticketing tool and in some connectors, a connector agent.

The following items can be used for troubleshooting web service and tracing errors related to connector operations in Enterprise Manager.
