Purpose
Multiple connectors available in Enterprise Manager (EM) extensibility self-update uses similar architecture that involves:
1. Enterprise Manager 12c 2. Web service adapter 3. External ticketing tool and in some connectors, a connector agent.
The following items can be used for troubleshooting web service and tracing errors related to connector operations in Enterprise Manager.
This note ONLY applies to the following connectors in EM 12c:
CA Service Desk Connector (CASD Connector)
HP Operations Manager Connector (HP OMU Connector)
IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console Connector (TEC Connector)
