On : 12.1.0.2.0 version, EM Data Masking Pack

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Datamasking delete rows when it's defined two conditions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data masking do not delete any rows where it"s defined two conditions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create ADM
2. Create a Data Mask with 2 conditions: Col is not null then preserve rows and default col then random string.
