Goal

The steps in this note show how to validate sudo credentials for 12.1.0.5 and higher releases of Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control using nmosudo.

Here, the assumption is that Privilege Delegation is set in EM according to this document:

Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Security Guide
Section : 2.4.1.8.7 Sudo and PowerBroker Support

NOTE: For PowerBroker, the 'PowerBroker Password Prompt' cannot be blank (i.e., navigation to Setup > Security > Privilege Delegation >  Select a Target and click the 'Edit' link > "PowerBroker Password Prompt" : <Value Required> ).

This is described in the following defect :

 - Bug 20200497 - Privilege Delegations, PDP UI - PowerBroker password prompt is now required (Projected FixBy = 13.5GC)
