Creating a Remedy ticket from EM 11g OMS using the connector fails.

.../gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log shows (note that the file path may require correction if the instance directory is not named gc_inst and the OMS is not named EMGC_OMS1):

The connector is configured to use httpS
certdb.txt is updated and in place in $OMS_HOME/sysman/connector as per the installation guide.
