Goal
You would like to change the Comparison Operator from Greater Than (>) to Less Than (<) to be alerted for a condition that currently does not exist in the current Metric Thresholds. Newly-created monitoring templates do not allow the user to change the comparison operator. Nor can you do this by selecting the Target Drop-Down Menu > Monitoring > Metric and Collection Settings. For example, a metric may have a greater-than comparison operator (>), but this attribute is not user-editable.
