SYSMAN is not able to log in to the Enterprise Manager 126.96.36.199 Cloud Control console. SYSMAN can log in to the repository database successfully.
This issue appears similar to the one described in <Note 1493151.1> EM 12c: Login to the Recently Upgraded Enterprise Manager 188.8.131.52 Console Fails with Message: Authentication failed. If problem persists, contact your system administrator.. The solution proposed in 1493151.1 does not work in this case.
