Upgrading from Enterprise Manager 18.104.22.168 Grid Control to 22.214.171.124 Cloud Control, during the switch agents step, the switch agents job fails with this error:
The configuration for the following agents has changed. Refresh the agents and targets list first, and then, redeploy and configure the agent before you switch them over. For more details check "Agents Needing Reconfiguration" link in Upgrade Console page.[xyz.oracle.com:3872]
Selecting the Agents Needing Reconfiguration link will show the cause.
Certain of the Management Agents may need reconfiguration for one of the following reasons:
1) The OMS host and port values used for deploying a Management Agent do not match the OMS host and port values used to deploy the other Management Agents.
2) One or more targets monitored by this Management Agent have been deleted, or new targets have been added by this Management Agent.
3) The versions of the plug-ins deployed with this Management Agent are different from the versions of the plug-ins deployed with the other Management Agents.
