JVMD Looses Registered Database Information With The Error : java.util.NoSuchElementException (Doc ID 1560341.1)

Symptoms

When using JVMD from EM Version: 12.1.0.2.0, after running for a few days, JVMD stops recognizing *ALL* queries.

ALL queries are shown as Unknown.

After a fresh restart, it recognizes most long running queries correctly, then the problem starts happening again after some time.

Log files show these errors:

 
Restarting JVMD every few hours is not acceptable.
