EM 12c, EM 13c : Some of the Variables (Like oraEMNGEventHostName) in the SNMP Trap Sent by OMS Have Null / Blank Values

In EM Cloud console, SNMP Trap notification method has been configured to send SNMP Traps to third party SNMP Console and the notification method has been invoked in an Incident rule as per the requirement.
When contents of the SNMP Trap received by the third party SNMP Console is reviewed, it is seen that some of the variables like oraEMNGEventHostName (18.104.22.168.22.214.171.124.126.96.36.199.1 - The name of the host on which this event originated) have null / blank values, for example:
