Best practice for copying a RUEI installation from one System to an other System

Goal
This document describes the general steps that should be taken when one wants to move a RUEI installation from one machine to another while retaining the historic data.
Here are some premises that should be taken into account for the context of this document:
- This only works when the source and the target system have the exact same version of RUEI installed.
- This does not work on RUEI systems that have remote Processing Engines
- Note that SSL keys are not migrated in this procedure. SSL keys will need to be re-uploaded once the migration has been completed.
