EM 12c, EM 13c: SNMP Trap Notification Method is not Available for Selection While Creating an Incident Rule (Doc ID 1568592.1)

SNMP Trap notification method has been configured in the Setup -> Notifications -> Notification Methods page in the 12c console as seen below:

In the 13c Console, SNMP trap notification method can be configured from Setup -> Notifications -> Scripts and SNMPv1 Traps | SNMPv3 Traps pages.

When the incident rule is being created, the SNMP Trap method is not shown for selection under the 'Advanced Notifications':

If only SNMP Trap notification method has been configured (no OS command or PL/SQL methods), then the 'Add Actions' page reports:

No advanced notification methods have been configured.
The 'Manage Target Event' privilege is required to trigger advanced notification for targets.
