Metric Collection Error Status For Listener in Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.2.0 (Doc ID 1571051.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.2 is monitoring a 10.2.0.5 listener target on a Solaris 10 host.  The listener target remains in 'Metric Collection Error' status for a prolonged period.

The listener is working correctly according to the LSNRCTL STATUS command.

Enterprise Cloud Control Incident manager shows the full error message:
