Symptoms

When trying to create a static group in Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c with Oracle WebLogic Cluster target types members,
the following error occurs (Error message contains other language than english) :

Inserted value too large for column: "Mesures de pool EJB de l'application: Accès de bean (par minute)"

The following errors are shown in the emoms.log/.trc files :
