Goal
Some times changes are done at the WLS side but those are not reflected in the Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control.
Eg:
New applications or Composites deployed but those are not showing in EM Cloud Control.
Some targets doesn't exist in the FMW/WLS side either those are removed from the WLS/FMW side or the newer version has been deployed.
Eg:
Newer version of Applications or Composites has been deployed in the WLS/FMW but in Cloud Control Composites/Applications are showing as down or status pending.
Doc provide steps to run Refresh Job manually to fix the status/missing applications or composites issues caused by changes/deployments on the WLS/FMW side but not reflected in EM Cloud Control.
