Symptoms
JVMD 12.1.0.3
The JVMD Agent deployment job succeeded with every step being successful but in Cloud Control console the Java Virtual Machine Pool never appeared and the JVMD Diagnostics were greyed-out.
The target WLS version was 10.3.6.
