How to login to dbconsole (DB Control console) when your password expired in the database? (Doc ID 1590385.1)

When a Oracle Database user password expires, the user is prompted for a new password at the first connection to the database after the password expired.

The user just enters the new password twice and the connection completes successfully.


However if the user tries to connect to the DB Control console while its password is expired, the user will just receive an error:

ERROR: Your username and/or password are invalid.
