Error discovering EXADATA targets: Errors were encountered while parsing the file databasemachine.xml:

Environment items to verify:

1. The databasemachine.xml file needs to be under /opt/oracle.SupportTools/onecommand directory on the DB Node where the agent is running

2. Ensure databasemachine.xml file has OS permissions to read the file for the oracle user (or the agent-owned OS user)
