12c OEM Not Showing Right Trigger Information , even when generating DDL (Doc ID 1592408.1)

WHEN clause in the trigger DDL is not visible from OEM 12c using "Edit" or "Generate DDL" options:-

Viewing the trigger shows not all relevant information.

When try to edit the trigger , the WHEN clause is not visible.

Generating DDL from OEM does not help either.

3rd party application or usage of command line showing the right trigger DDL.
