Symptoms

The MS Windows 7 64 bit agent starts and runs successfully, showing as Up in Cloud Control.
After some time the agent becomes unavailable with a metric collection error indicated.
An incident is created with this attribute:

Metric evaluation error start - Dynamic Category property error,Get dynamic property error,Computation of a critical dynamic property failed. Retries Completed.
