Goal
In this use case description, the Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Management Agent is deployed to report to the EM 13c Cloud Control console. Agent deployment uses the AgentPull.sh script obtained from the OMS Oracle Home to verify availability of the agent install source and download it, if available. This method is suitable for single agent deployments only. The procedure is similar for other EM Cloud Control Agent versions.
The required configuration parameters for this exercise will be passed when invoking the AgentPull.sh script in the command and in a response file reference.
The deployment platform for this use case is Enterprise Linux x86-64, but the sequence of required actions will be common for all platforms.
