12c Cloud Control: Usage of "Rules that created the incidents" Option in the Incident Rule Applying to Incidents (Doc ID 1598378.1)

Goal

When an Incident Rule is created on 'Newly created incidents or updates to incidents', it can be configured to apply only to 'Specific Incidents'.
The list of specific incidents can be curtailed by selecting a particular rule which has created that Incident, by using the option - 'Rules that created the incidents'. This document provides more details on the 'Rules that created the incident' option.

Consider the below scenario -

In the 12c Cloud Console, 2 rule sets have been created - Ruleset1 and Ruleset2.

-  Ruleset1 consists of 2 rules: R1 and R2, which create Incidents for certain Events.

-  Ruleset2 consists of only one rule R3 which applies to 'Newly created incidents or updates to incidents'.

-  The Rule R3 should also apply to 'specific conditions' where 'Rules that created the incidents' option should be selected as Rule R2, i.e this rule should apply to only those Incidents which have been created by Rule R2 configured in the Ruleset1.

But when selecting this option in the rule, the list of values is empty or does not show rules which are not part of the current ruleset.
