"Database System" Targets are not deleted when Database Targets are removed/deleted (Doc ID 1601983.1)

Symptoms

Database System targets are not automatically deleted when the Database Target is removed from the EM OMS Cloud Console.  

If a manual delete is attempted , then, the OMS produces the following error:

Unexpected error occurred. Please contact Oracle Support with these files.

<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/access.log
<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/<SERVER_NAME>-diagnostic.log
<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/em/<OMS_NAME>/sysman/log/emoms.trc

Changes

The Oracle Database Plug-in was upgraded from 12.1.0.2, 12.1.0.3 or 12.1.0.4 to 12.1.0.5.
