JVMD Unable Communicate With Agents - Connection With JVM is Lost. Please Try Again Later or Check JVM Availability (Doc ID 1602381.1)

Symptoms

After FMW plugin upgrade, JVM diagnostics server unable to communicate with agents.
Server collects statistics and shows correct agent status, but all new jvmd agents shows error and message :

Connection with JVM is lost. Please try again later or check JVM availability
