Administration Groups Hierarchy Creation/modification Job Hangs-Preview And Association Page Blank (Doc ID 1603139.1)

Symptoms

Upon completing a Modification / Change of the Administration Groups Hierarchy, the Change is submitted and an Internal job is created.

This Internal Job is called : PROP_ADMIN_GROUP with a Job Type of:PropogateAdminGroup    

 The following errors can be seen in the oms logs if there are issues with the Internal Job causing the Admin Groups not to be updated with the changes.
