The following error message results while trying to delete ORA* errors from the Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control Incident Manager page:
You can not clear incidents for ADR problems directly. Clear respective problem which in turn will clear the incidents and events in the hierarchy
The condition for the alert being cleared is already resolved and its no longer in effect.
