Symptoms

Reported with the following configuration:

EM Version: 12.1.0.3
MSSQL Plugin version: 12.1.0.3
Agent OS: windows server 2008 R2 64-bit
MSSQL Version: 2008 R2 (SP2)
Remote monitoring
SQL based Authentication
Clustered target

After successful discovery of the target where the test-connection worked fine the following metric collection error occurs:
