Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control Agent migration from an old location to a new location is successful.
Executing agent-related emctl commands from the new EM 12c Agent Oracle Home location results in these errors:
Note:
<agent Oracle Home> = <agent base directory>/core/<version> (for example: /u01/Middleware_PS1/12.1.0.2Migration/core/12.1.0.3.0)
Commands are working correctly from the agent instance home, .../agent_inst/bin/.
