EM 12c: No AWR or ASH reports Displayed in Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control in IE9 or Higher (Doc ID 1613384.1)

Symptoms

Internet explorer 9 or higher does not display any AWR or ASH reports. After submitting for a new report, the page is just empty.
This is not happening in Chrome or Firefox, only in IE9 or higher.
