EM12c: Agent listed as Non Upgradable with Oracle Home Property Missing because of reference to an incorrect inventory

Cannot Upgrade Agents from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 as the Agent is listed under Non Upgradable List with Oracle Home Property Missing
1. Executing the below command as Recommended on Agent Upgrade Console for Oracle Home Property Missing - completes successful but the Agent still shows in the Non Upgradable List:
3. The correct inventory location was "/u01/app/oraInventory" as listed in:
a) Central Inventory Location : /etc/oraInst.loc
b) Agent Inventory Location: <AGENT_BASE_DIR>/core/22.214.171.124.0/oraInst.loc
However, the Oracle Home Inventory Collections were still looking in the incorrect location under "/opt/oracle/oraInventory" as listed in Step 2.
