OEM Console Hangs Intermittently and Sometimes Browser Can not display the Page If there is a firewall Between OMS and Repository Database Servers

Information in this document applies to any platform.
OEM Console is hanging intermittently and URL is spinning. Only way to fix the issue is to restart the OMS.
This happens when there is a firewall between the OMS and Repository Database servers.
