Job Refresh from MOS fails:

I'm trying to get Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 3 ( to run the REFRESH_FROM_MY_ORACLE_SUPPORT_JOB (RFMOS job).
Output shows the following error (also tried it in offline mode, with the same result):

The OMS is in online mode. Downloading the latest catalog data from My Oracle Support.
Checking My Oracle Support authorization.

 - An error has occurred. The session is being rolled back.
