Goal
During repository creation, a user named MGMT_VIEW is also created. This view is used by Enterprise Manager for the reporting framework. The OMS is the only entity which uses this account, hence the password is not normally exposed to administrators. However, you can still change the password if needed, which requires an OMS restart.
Since this account is used only by the OMS, it is not normally necessary to maintain the password of this account manually unless, for example, the MGMT_VIEW account is locked in the repository database or ORA-1017 results when a report is generated.
