Symptoms
On : 12.1.0.3.0 version, Target Database, Listener, ASM
When attempting to monitor a Database Job using the cloud control 12.1.0.3, it raise an alert that there are some failed or broken jobs. When querying the dba_jobs where failures/broken > 0, there are no rows returned.
