Symptoms

Connecting to a host to run a job or OS command from Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control results in the following PAM error logged in .../agent_inst/sysman/log/gcagent.log:

 


Testing with nmo fails:

/opt/app/oracle/product/12.1.0_cc/sbin> ./nmo
