Symptoms
Submitting a Job from Cloud Control which need Connection to My Oracle Support(Refresh from My Oracle Support Job, Latest plugin download etc) fails with following message in Cloud Control:
Checking My Oracle Support authorization.
Username: testuser@oracle.com
Password: ******
Patch Search URL: https://updates.oracle.com
- Unable to complete network operation against My Oracle Support. Please check network connectivity to Oracle Support Site.
