How to change EM 12c Performance Home page default timeout (Doc ID 1644004.1)

Goal

In Enterprise Manager CC the performance Home pages times out after 10 minutes.
The screen goes gray and out of focus with a popup saying "The page has been idle a while. Click OK to reload the page.".

This is the expected behavior after implementation of ER/Bug 11740177 - DB PERF PAGE AUTO POLL NEEDS TO HAVE TIMEOUT
