A host level blackout for an agent is set for 1 hour from the EM console and the agent is stopped during the blackout.
After the blackout expires, the expected agent unreachable status is not alerted on the agent target which was stopped during the blackout.
The above scenario works correctly for 5/10/15 minute blackouts, where the agent unreachable status is alerted.
The fault only affects blackouts created for more than 20 minutes.
