IB Switches Populated to Wrong Exadata Rack in 12c Cloud Control Exadata Rack Schematic (Doc ID 1672743.1)

Symptoms

Two Exadata Racks are located in separate cities and were discovered around the same time.

The Rack names were very similar with the first 5+ characters the same.  The difference was at the end of the name rather than at the beginning, for example:

   OEDM-EXA1.oracle.com

   OEDM-EXA2.oracle.com

This caused the IB switch names to get incorrectly populated during discovery, and the IB switch names from rack #2 were present in rack #1.
