Information in this document applies to any platform.
In order to use the Support Workbench (SWB), the OMS has to be able to connect to Oracle. The OMS(s) OCM collector(s) have to be configured in connected mode. If a proxy server is used then the Support HUB has to be configure to use the proxy server.
Fails to upload a support work bench incident package from Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control with the following error message:
Failed to send package file to Oracle
Sending package to Oracle failed with the following error: An internal error occurred. Check the log file for details.. The upload file has been generated and can be found at [/u01/app/dba/temp/itmFFHrODl/ORA7445pe_20140317110725_COM_1.zip]. Please correct the above error or retrieve the upload file from the specified location and send it manually to Oracle.
