Improper Stored Credentials sent for Data Guard switchover

Information in this document applies to any platform.
- Improper stored credentials are being sent to the standby database for a 188.8.131.52 OMS environment managing Data Guard.
- Switchover is been done through EM 184.108.40.206 .
- Primary preferred credentials are setup, Standby preferred credentials are setup and are different from the primary username and password .
- When doing a standby switchover through EM the first screen presented is "Supply operating system credentials for a user who can access the Oracle Home for database <dr database> on host <standby host>,
i.e the host that is the current standby host. However, the preferred credentials that are presented are those of the primary database host server.
The emoms.log file shows errors similar to the following:
ERROR em.dataguard onEvent.1685 - Data Guard: found errors during role change: You must reconnect to the current standby apply instance to perform the operation.
ERROR eml.creds isPrefCredsSet.859 - CredsUtil.isPrefCredsSet: Error occured while fetching DBHostCreds preferred credentials. Default preferred credentials are not set.
