When selecting an OID component in EM FMW Control, the Performance Overview displays 'No Data Available' instead of the metrics.
The Weblogic Admin Server (in which FMW Control is deployed) runs on a different machine than the OID instances.
The 'opmnctl status' command on the OID machine lists OID and EMAGENT as running (Alive)
In FMW Control, under Farm->Agent-Monitored Targets, the OID targets are NOT monitored by their local agent
