When the connector sends an alert from Enterprise Manager to TEC the following is seen in the framework.log. Connector is able to initially send alerts to the TEC system, but Update and Clear requests do not process correctly.
Errors in framework.log may only show when logging is set to Debug level. Turn on framework.log debugging by opening and editing the framework.xml file in the /adapters/conf/ directory.
