Goal

There are various different ways to add a Cluster ASM Target in Enterprise Manager 12c and 13c Cloud Control.  In all cases it is mandatory to add the 'cluster' target first.  After the cluster target has been added, then the Cluster ASM target can be discovered or promoted.
