Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g (11.1.1.7.0) has been installed.
A FMW domain has been configured and working for some time without any problems.

Now, it is no longer possible to access the Oracle Fusion Middleware Control using http://localhost:7001/em

Such requests fail and the browser response shows:
