EM12c and EM13c: How to Create a New Software Library when the Old Location has been Deleted (Doc ID 1918477.1)

Goal

Sometimes the file structure supporting an Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control Software Library is deleted in error.  Once a Software Library is configured with Cloud Control it cannot be removed or replaced without a new Software Library location configured to take the place of the old Software Library location.

This note is to help guide you in creating of a new Software Library location when the old location has been deleted from the file system.  This note also covers some of the actions needed to fix missing EM Cloud Control Agent and Plug-in entities.
